Service Description
This service is great if you are new to coaching, working towards your coaching credentials, or want to improve your coaching competencies. Each session is 1-hour each. We can review a recorded coaching session, practice coaching, or discuss and practice specific coaching models and approaches. Mentoring and best practices are grounded in the program. Bonus: When 90-minute group sessions are available, you will be invited to participate at no extra charge. What you get: - 10 coach mentoring hours - Basic competency assessment - Review of ICF eight coaching competencies - Review of ICF ethical standards - Customized sessions according to your areas of development - Letter confirming the number of mentoring hours you completed - End of session assessment report Note: Each session fee is $125.00 (total: $1250). NOTE: This is strictly a coaching mentoring session. We do not cover agendas that are outside of the scope of competency development.
Cancellation Policy
COACHING SERVICES — TERMS (Short Form) Scope. Coaching follows ICF Ethics/Core Competencies; not therapy/diagnosis/treatment. Business coaching and consulting are available only upon written scope inclusion or purchased separately. Consent. You consent to the use of coaching methods/tools. If consent is withheld/revoked, services pause immediately until resolved; fees paid are non-refundable. Confidentiality. Confidential except as required by law (e.g., harm, abuse/neglect, court order). Recording/Notes. Sessions may be recorded/transcribed for notes/QA/training/promo unless you opt out; opting out may limit/delay notes, and no recording access is provided. Conduct. No disrespect, driving/multitasking; the coach may end and forfeit the session. Payments/Refunds. Valid payment method required. Fees are due as invoiced; late payments may result in service suspension and incur a 2% fee after 7 days. No refunds. Balance credit offered towards other services or programs. Cancellation. 24-hour notice required to cancel/reschedule. Late cancel/no-show = session forfeited (counts as used). 2+ late cancellations/no-shows may pause/terminate services. Liability. No guarantees; you are responsible for decisions/outcomes. Disputes. Binding third-party arbitration; initiating party pays filing/admin fees unless prohibited by law.
